Why "surf yoga babe"?
The name is the whole philosophy. Three words, three truths, one very good week.
surf is the adventure.
Risk, salt, adrenaline. The part of you that says yes first and googles later. We feed her daily: waves, workouts, boats, jungle gyms, volcano views. Coached and scaled for every level, because it's about showing up, not being the fittest person there.
yoga is the perspective.
A sunset flow on a deck above the Pacific, and the reminder that this life is short, sweet and absolutely worth a plane ticket. Stretchy, not preachy. Presence over performance. Crying at golden hour is allowed and, frankly, encouraged.
babe is the sisterhood.
Our chance to enjoy it all and not take it too seriously. The toast at sunset, the theme night, the group chat that renames itself by day two. Most women arrive solo. None leave that way.
